Alternate Travel Form
|
| For any band trip in which a student desires
to travel to or from an event NOT being driven by either the
school-provided transportation (such as buses, etc.) or by their own parents or
legal guardians, a BISD Alternate Travel Form must be filled out,
NOTARIZED, and submitted in advance, and approved by Mr. Casey. Students are not allowed to drive themselves to or from
an event, but must be driven by an adult driver. |
