Performance Summary |
| The Brazoswood High School Buccaneer Band performed at the halftime of the Alvin football game at Hopper Field (Freeport, TX) on Friday, October 2, 2009. It was the fifth football game and third home game of the year. The Buc Band again played and marched through their entire halftime show, and showed good improvement over in quality. The band competes on the following day, October 3, at their first marching contest year, in the Bands of America Houston Regional marching contest in Pearland, TX. The Buc football team performed very well in defeating Alvin by the score of 29-7. The Bucs now have a 1-1 record in District 24-5A and an overal record of 3-2. |
