Performance Summary

The Brazoswood High School Buccaneer Band performed at the halftime of the Pasadena Memorial football game at Newcomb Stadium in Pasadena, TX., on Friday, August 31, 2007.  It was the first football game and first away game of the year.  The band performed the opener and part of the second feature of their show, entitled "Rain" and the band did a great job on this first performance.  The show's title proved to be prophetic as a torrential downpour accompanied by frequent lightning hit the area immediately following halftime.  Due to the inclement weather, the game was called at the half, ending in a 7-7 tie.
